The Torrington Citywide Tag Sale Extravaganza is a community advertising and listing service created to help promote participating sale locations. The organizers and sponsors do not own, operate, inspect, supervise, or control individual sales. Each participant is responsible for their own sale, property, parking, merchandise, transactions, and visitor safety. Visitors attend each location at their own discretion, and the organizers and sponsors are not liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, lost or stolen items, disputes, or transactions at any participating sale location.
